Before
we start:
Druglife
gets a lot of link exchange requests and it just
isn't possible to exchange with everyone. Here
are a few things to ask yourself before this goes
any further:
1.
Is my site ugly?
Now
I'm not one to declare a site ugly or not,
but if you have a really bad color scheme
or your site is just plain hard to look at,
you won't be linked.
2.
Does my site contain any content, or is it all
ads and sale pitches?
There
are exceptions, but Druglife normally won't
link to sites that are completely covered
in ads, or are just selling crap. Druglife
isn't flooded with ads, if all you're after
is cheddar, piss off.
3.
Is my site worth a visit?
Be
honest, if you know your site needs some work,
work on it and then apply for a link on druglife.
4.
Am I, and my site, a piece of shit?
If
your site contains racism, or if your racist,
don't bother reading any further because it's
people like you I smack around every chance
I get.
5.
Is my site drug related?
Your
site DOES NOT have to have ANYTHING to do
with drugs in order to have your link on druglife.
But if it is a drug related site, is the information
about drugs current, valid, truthful... etc.
If you're spreading lies, you probably won't
be linked.
Now
that that's out of the way, if you feel you've
"passed" the above questions you're
only inches away from having your link on druglife.
What
do you want?
Their
are three ways you can be linked;
1.
Banner; You can have your banner (468x60 pixels)
added to druglife's banner rotation. This will
make your banner visible on all of druglife's
(over 125) pages.
2.
Button; You can have your button (88x31 pixels)
added to the right hand side of druglife's main
page, under the "Reading Material"
heading. In order to have your button here,
it must be attractive, and your site must first
be inspected for quality. Additionally, you
can have your button added to a button rotation
which cycles random buttons just under the Reading
Material area.
3.
Text; You can have a text link to your site
added to the left hand menu under the "Interesting
Shit" heading.
Know
what you want? Good.
Linking
back to druglife:
Druglife does not accept exchanges that involve
Link Pages or Free For All link sections. Only
main pages exchanges will happen.
Take
a gander at the images you can use to link druglife
by clicking
here and visiting the about page. You can
use any of the images to link druglife, or if
you're site isn't set up to handle buttons or
banners you can just use a text link.
The
deal:
Once
there is an active link to druglife on your site
contact me with your url and which type of link
you'd like in return (banner, button, text). Depending
on the circumstances you can have more than one...
you can have a text link AND have your banner
added to the rotation...etc.
